The documents you must present for your trip will depend on the destination of your flight. If it is a domestic flight: boarding pass and official identification.
If it is an international flight: boarding pass, valid passport, visa of the destination country (it will depend on the policy of each country) and immigration documents depending on your status as a migrant.
For domestic flights 2 hours before and for international flights 3 hours before.
Usually, the baggage allowance in the cabin is 10 kg, while for checked baggage the weight ranges between 20 and 32 kg. However, the weight and amount of luggage you can travel with depends on each airline, as well as the rate you have contracted. For more information contact your airline directly.
If you come from abroad and stopover in Mexico to take a domestic flight, you must claim your luggage to clear customs. However, if your layover is transit only on an international trip, your checked baggage will be delivered to your destination.
To file claims about checked baggage (destroyed, damaged, delayed, or lost), go immediately to the counters of your airline.
There is currently no module or lost property office.
